Isa Sousa

 Isa is the owner and founder of Mosaic Minds Navigation. She is a nurse and the parent of two neurodiverse children with autism spectrum and ADHD. Like many families she supports, Isa has navigated evaluations, therapies, waitlists, and the ongoing work of advocating for her children within the school system and beyond.

Her nursing background provides a strong foundation in care coordination, systems navigation, and communication with medical and educational providers. Combined with years of lived experience as a parent advocate, Isa understands both the emotional weight and the practical challenges families face.

Isa is deeply passionate about helping families access the services and support they need without feeling alone or overwhelmed. She believes parents should not have to become experts overnight or fight every step of the way. Her work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and respect for each family’s unique journey.
